LLL Training and Master in Innovative Technologies for
Energy Saving and Environmental Control for Russian Universities,
involving Stakeholders GREENMA
GREENMA MTB composed by 7 members: one teacher from each of
the 4 Russian Universities in which the Master programmes will be officially
established, one representative of “Universidad de Alicante” in consideration of its role
performed during the making of the application, the coordinator of the academic team
and the project coordinator. The MTB chairmanship is appointed to Prof. Nikolay
Popov from TSTU to whom the responsibility for coordination of the activities at
Russian Universities’ level is confirmed. Main responsibilities of the MTB regard
academic working, stages, tutorship, supervising of reports, proposing of academic
subjects.
Project Management Board (PMB)
GREENMA PMB composed by 22 members, that is by the official
project contact persons (therefore one representative for each of the 21 partner
institutions), and Dr. Lilia Mozerova from TSTU. Main tasks of the PMB will be: time
planning, current management of the project activities, necessary adjustments due to
possible changes, project issues resolution, mediation of organizational issues among
the partners; supervising on the making of the official reports and keeping of the
exchange of information relevant to the referent project stages etc. The management
activities and the agreed decisions will be documented in the minutes of the meetings
of the PMB. USGIT undertakes responsibility of the publication on the project website
of the periodical reports on the project management and results. The representatives
of the five Russian non-university institutions participate to the PMB meetings, with
consulting and advising tasks (see below EQCMB).
External Quality Control and Monitoring Board (EQCMB)
GREENMA EQCMB or Evaluation Board,
composed by 6 persons: the Rector of USGIT as contractor institution, or his delegate
(anyway not directly involved in the project activities); one representative for each of
the five Russian non-university institutions (Institute of Energy Saving, Fed. Service on
Customers' Rights Protection, Union of Constructors of Sverdlovsk Region, Tambov
Regional Administration, Energomera JSC). The project coordinator and the general
academic coordinator participate to the EQCB meetings without decision power.
The project coordinator is glad to inform that the Rector of USGIT has appointed with
this task Mrs Emanuela Stefani, member of the University of Genoa’s Evaluation
Board and Director of the CRUI (Conference of Italian University Rectors).
The proposal of the project coordinator is unanimously approved. For this transition
Board, it is decided to carry out joint sessions of the three new Boards.
